About School
Carmel High School is founded in 1993 by the sisters of the Congregation of Mother of Carmel (C.M.C), which is the first Indigenous Congregation of India founded in Kerala in the year 1886. It is a religious and charitable Congregation. It’s main apostolate is Education aiming at the overall integral development of the women and children. No distinction of caste, creed or race is allowed in the school. Following the teachings of our ‘Guru” Jesus, to be loved ‘love’ and ‘Light’ to everyone, the management of the school works to give abundance of love and care to the children through selfless service.
The aim of the school is not only to prepare the students academically but also to prepare them for challenges of life, to instill a praiseworthy character, to enable the pupils to blossom into useful citizens of our motherland.
Carmel High School is an Unaided Recognized Christian Minority Private Institution affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education.
